Arcgis Online Offline Maps

On the open project dialog box, under portal , click arcgis online. To include data content in an offline map, the services referenced by layers in the web map must be enabled for offline use. To disable offline mode for a map, deselect enable offline mode in the map's item details ( arcgis online or arcgis enterprise ).
